ICYMI
This January we brought on 3 Young Adult leaders as Restorative Justice Fellows!
Last month we also held our very first convening for our Healers Collective! This cohort includes educators, nurses and counselors from across Seattle Public Schools.
We explored themes around individual and collective wellness, the 7 types of rest and ended our gathering with some vision boarding!
If you are having some FOMO don’t worry, below are some prompts you can use to do some exploring of your own.
Which types of rest do you engage in the most?
Which ones do you least engage in or are new to you?
How does being a Healer fulfill your rest?
How do you want to engage in different types of rest this year?
“When we practice caring for ourselves, we can intentionally and committedly utilize our skills to better our community.”

All are welcome- whether you’re an experienced organizer or new and want to learn more. Bring your coworkers, friends, family, and neighbors, and see you this Saturday!
